Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Please note that processing times may increase during product launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Locations
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Most orders arrive within:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery estimates shown at checkout
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment status.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Eighty7 Nutrition is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
If you experience an issue with your shipment, we are happy to assist where possible.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
